UPDATE: Wynn Las Vegas 2018 Belmont Stakes Odds
UPDATE published on June 3, 2018 by WizCapper
Action on Blended Citizen at Wynn LV
If you’re following the action from Wynn Las Vegas on the Belmont there’s been a change in the line on Blended Citizen who’s been bet down to 15-1 since the last update on June 1 when he was 28-1.
Blended Citizen won the G3 Peter Pan in his last start on May 12 at Belmont giving him two G3 victories in his last three starts. Sandwiched in between his Jeff Ruby Steaks win at Turfway Park and the Peter Pan was a fifth place finish in the G2 Blue Grass Stakes at Keeneland where he finished 4 3/4 lengths back of Kentucky Derby runner-up Good Magic. The running line in the past performances for the Blue Grass says he was hindered at the 1/16 pole. And if you go back and look at the Toyota Blue Grass replay you’ll see that he did have to make a slight adjustment, but IMO it didn’t cost him a placing.
Check out more coverage of Blended Citizen and his chances in the Belmont Stakes.
Since June 1 when we last updated the odds from Wynn, Seahenge has been added to the possible field at an opening price of 40-1. But there hasn’t been any change in the odds for the other horses as Justify continues to take most of the early wagering as the favorite at 11-10 while Just Whistle’s price has risen to 85-1 making him the longest shot on the board.
UPDATED on June 1, 2018 by WizCapper
Justify continues to be the heavy favorite to win the 150th Belmont Stakes on June 9 in New York. Wynn Las Vegas Race & Sports Book has the Kentucky Derby and Preakness winner at odds of 11-10 on early betting as handicappers continue to see him as the undefeated and indisputable champion of his class.
Bravazo, who was listed as the second choice at 8-1 when the early line was released a week ago, has moved to 7-1 in early wagering but has fallen to third choice behind Vino Rosso and Hofburg who share second choice among early Belmont betting strategists at 6-1.
Backers of Vino Rosso and Hofburg have seen their odds cut in half as both horses will enter the starting gate for the Belmont as fresh contenders after skipping the Preakness.

Belmont Stakes 2018 odds have been released by Wynn Las Vegas Race and Sports Book
Wynn Las Vegas has published their latest odds for the 16 horses they consider to be eligible and with a chance to win the 2018 Belmont Stakes at Belmont Park on Saturday, June 9th in New York.
The Belmont Stakes is the longest of the Triple Crown series at 1 1/2 miles and completes the test of will and stamina for three-year-olds.
Justify Favored to win the 150th running of the Belmont Stakes
The current favorite at the Wynn Sports book is Justify at even money or $1 to $1 who opened at 4-5.
Justify is now undefeated in five starts and the 144th winner of the Kentucky Derby and winner of 143rd running of the Preakness Stakes for West Coast trainer Bob Baffert who will send this son of Scat Daddy to Belmont Park in New York with high hopes for his second Triple Crown winner in four years.
Bravazo, second in the Preakness, is currently listed at 8-1 at Wynn’s Sports Book. That’s up one point from his opening. And while his Preakness placing completed a nice exacta, it’s hard not to see how his performance was enhanced by the soggy going at Old Hilltop.
My Boy Jack who skipped the Preakness after finishing fifth in the Kentucky Derby, is listed at 8-1 by Wynn. However, Don’t Tell My Wife Stables, owner of My Boy Jack, has announced he will skip the Belmont with plans to run fresh in the Summer.
Tenfold, who made a strong showing when finishing third in the Preakness, opened at 12-1 and his line has not changed at the time of this posting.
